Collecting valuable customer feedback has become more challenging as traditional methods fail to keep pace with consumer expectations.

Challenge

Customers are increasingly overwhelmed by survey fatigue, yet businesses depend on their feedback to improve. Traditional methods of collecting feedback have become more cumbersome and time-consuming for users. Lengthy surveys demand significant effort, often deployed by companies without careful consideration of the customer experience.

Design an app that is easy and fun to use that streamlines the feedback process.  

Goals

This app needed to address survey fatigue and improve the feedback process by having a unique experience that gives the user options to tell the business what is working and what is not.

Impact

The simplified workflow proved to make collecting feedback simple and easy.

To date, Expresit has collected 14M pieces of feedback.

Some of these goals included:

  • Feedback collection: Design a user-friendly interface that makes giving feedback quick and easy, reducing the time and effort required from customers.

  • Personalize: Tailor the app to individual users and businesses to ensure relevance and increased engagement

  • Adaptive Questioning: Keeping the prompts simple and having a varity of options so the user can tell us what experience they are having.

  • Seamless Integration: The app must integrate with existing customer engagement platforms, helping businesses manage feedback efficiently within their current workflows.
